Rain doesn’t stop the RPAL opening day parade

The rain didn’t stop dozens of youth players and their families from joining the RPAL (Richmond Police Activities League) opening day parade on Saturday, March 7, 2020. Although the parade mostly features youth baseball, Richmond SOL and several other groups that were not baseball also took part. Thanks to the guest speakers, sponsors, and everyone who turned out!
